So I have the same email for my Dropp account and my atomic hub account but whenever I log into my atomic hub it isn’t link to my Dropp account so I am not sure what to do?

Droppp and AtomicHub are 2 separate platforms. You have to log into them individually.

Do you have to have the legendary card on waxx or dropp to get your token? Or doesn’t it matter which platform your card is at.

Doesn't matter where your legendary card is to get the token, but to redeem, you'll need to have it on Droppp. So I'd say just keep your legendary and Grails on droppp, less of a hassle

So i opened packs on Dropp , so the redemption coin is just gonna be there right after 90 days ? no waxx or anything

When it's time to receive your coins they will just show up

If you're talking about the coins in the packs, those are random. If by token you mean what you receive when you have a legendary NFT, that comes in automatically when its time to claim the NFT. It will show up where you have your NFT stored, AtomicHub or Droppp. The redeem times are posted on Droppp's website > droppp.io/redemptions. Hope that answers your question.
