Hello, di ko sure if gets ko yung question. Ahmm per head po is 2 vouchers ang mareredeem for a round trip ticket, kasi each voucher is one way lang. Pag nag reredeem ako - I book each person one at a time, so one voucher at a time ako. Di ko pa na try na lahat ng boxes ay na✅ checked ko when booking kasi pa isa2x talaga ako mag redeem. Hello not sure if I'm getting your question pero per voucher - is only for a one-way ticket. For example: MNL-CEB, need mo gumamit or mag redeem ng isang voucher. If from CEBU gusto mo pumunta ng for example Siargao so CEB-IAO is another voucher na naman kasi per one way lang. Hope this helps

Hello - di pa available ang June dates because you may only book flights scheduled 7 to 30 days ahead. So if you plan to travel in June - check at least one month before June. June dates will be available by May. Make sure you book no earlier than 30 days before and no later than 7 days before your target date.

Hello, compared this video dun sa previous vids ng mga nagclaim din. Different yung UI/Computation initially kasi dati hindi na agad sinasama yung mga nakacross out. Then iba yung presyo sa bayaran. So I think, nakakalito tong video mo kasi pinapakita mo yung nakabook na, after kasi dun sa select flights and filling out customer details, may add ons tas payment na., kaso may i-titick kang box if tama yung presyo so nakakalito kasi dun sa price na pinakita kasama pa din yung naka nakacross out, pero atleast nalinaw mo naman sa vid so kudos. It would be helpful if pati dun sa susunod na parts ipakita mo, para magets ng manonood yung tinutukoy mo na "babayaran mo lang talaga". Thank you!

Na paaga ang balik ko instead of spending one more day pa just because my desired date didn't have an available superpass. I never had an experience like that but I'd advise na kulitin ang chatbot and send them a message sa messenger too. It must have been a glitch or cebu pacific problem especially if never nyo pa na gamit or na redeemed. Most especially if you got your voucher last March 31 na sale kasi they had a lot of issues. I never had any issues with redeeming the vouchers I got from last year.

Possibly not available na ang super pass sa travel dates mo. Ideally you should check ceb super pass availability at least 30 days from your intended travel date. For example if you want to fly on May 5, April 5 pa lang nag checheck kana if may super pass. If you check a week before your intended flight - ubos na yan. Ceb super pass is not unlimited.

@@neilyvessalindong3459 depende po kasi yan sa destination nyo and yung desired travel dates. You have to check availability at least 30 days before your travel dates so you can redeem. Ang Ceb Superpass ay hindi mo mareredeem ng "any date" na gusto mo magtravel. Also depends sa destination mo - first come first serve po yan and hindi po lahat ng seats sa isang flight ay for Ceb Superpass redemption. Limited lang po yan per flight kasi of course ma lulugi din ang airline.

Sorry po medyo mahina ako sa math, sa 12:12 po na part ng video, 1,335.04 po ang roundtrip ticket nyo, but nag-avail po kayo ng ceb super pass na nagkakahalaga ng 390.88 (di ko gets if one way or RT na po itong 390). Tama po ba ang intindi ko na it would mean na 1745++ pa din yung nagastos for fare (though hindi na sya masama for RT na 1 month away lang ang hintay.) Nag-avail din po kasi ako kagabi haha kumuha ako ng 10 vouchers for me and my family.

Bandang 3:56 po ng video - instead of 'Available' yung status, magiging 'Redeemed' na po yung status. Meaning na gamit nyo na po for booking ng one way ticket.

Yes po pwede po i redeem sabay2x ang apat na vouchers. 2 vouchers per person po ang magagamit pag round trip - 1 voucher from example MNL - Boracay & then 1 voucher naman for Boracay - MNL.

Getting super pass was such a bad idea. Sakit sa ulo. Multiple charges tapos didnt get the vouchers for some of the ones I paid for. If anyone here can read this this, ang labo ng website nila. Puro error, with a virtually nonexistent, non helpful customer service chatbot. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Aweeee so sorry na naging ganyan ang experience mo sir. Hindi naman po ganyan dati. As in, wala po issues dati sa pag bili ng vouchers - pero nung last Mar 31 na sale, grabe talaga yung multiple charges. Thousands na talaga yung na charge sa iba. Probably dahil sa dami ng tao na nag-access sa site at the same time, di na kinaya. :( Hope they will get better, kasi ceb superpass was super helpful for me.
