Two questions. (1) what size gap gauge did you use to gap with and (2) I did not see where you replaced the counter chip. Where is it?

isopropyl alcohol is used while cleaning OPC Drum. PCR and Magnetic Roller is cleaned by blowing air with airgun.

Hi, it might be that you installed the gears in the wrong direction or you could not fix into their positions properly. Please check for these.

what about the cleaning part, you dont use isopropilic alcohol???? the pcr is white, can you use the parts just blowing the dirty toner? and what if there another part are dirty you are grabing the magnum roller whit your dirty hands you have grease in your fingers.
