I guess you are used to the snow by now. I live in Tasmania where it gets below zero to about minus 5 Celsius and we have snow on the mountains however I live near the Western Tiers in a town called Deloraine. A lot of tourist come here. However I only ever see snow in town once.

Do you recommend clear wax over dark and decrepit? My front door needs some help, not sure what to do. It’s currently a very dark brown stain that’s fading in the Arizona sun.

Hard to fight that Arizona sun. The dark wax may not hold up against it but it’s easy to reapply if it start to look bad so may still be an option for you.

Oh no. I’m so sorry. Have they checked your progesterone? I have to take some every night along with my melatonin and ashwaganda and magnesium. Zeb teases me about my cocktail. Not sleeping is the worst. I still don’t sleep well about half the time. But it’s getting better.

@@JamiRayVintage No. I’m getting a sleep study on 4/24. I’m actually going to Seattle so it should be a good test. (Had 2 tests that weren’t). If this doesn’t have answers, then I’m going to go the naturopathic way! I take what you take but have never had a test for progesterone. I average 2-4 hours of sleep rarely consecutive. Sometimes I get a few naps in during the night.
