Only works within the amount of time the item is in the shop. So if you buy a skin, but don’t re fund it, and it leaves the shop, and then returns and you buy the bundle to try and refund it, it will not work. If you buy a skin, try it out, and the skin is still in the shop (whether it’s been in the shop without leaving g for a few days, or the same day you bought it, THEN it will work. Once the bundle and skin leaves, you won’t be able to do it the next time it returns

I can confirm that this still works. I bought the Bruno mars skin, emote, and lobby music. I figured there wasn’t going to be any exiting new crossovers for some time. Then the uncharted skins get announced, and I had no refund tickets. I was able to buy the bundle for only 200 vbucks and canceled it, getting all my vbucks back. So again, this does work.
