@@LearnSabreGDS-v6d I'm still new to this, and yes I agree, I'm sure it could go quicker. It still seems like a lot of work just to do exchanges and refunds. I'm a little stumped on some of the commands still What you're doing here is pretty much universal for all the companies selling itinerary's I'm sure, so I've been making a list of your steps. I hope I'm able to do this, as I feel it's easy to make a mistake by typing something in wrong.....
