I have an antique doll with a phonograph inside. The gasket is paper and the needle is placed in the very center and comes out of the side. Do you know if this can be replaced? It has a long vertical puncture going from the center where the needle is out to the edge of the plastic mount.

I have a complete phonograph with cylinders but the reproducer isn't working- I think that the sapphire is worn down. It's a "le Cahit dit Le Merveilleux". Is there a way to repair just the sappire?
