In Sohni Dharti, when I add points by self award, message is coming that my name is different in banking transaction. I sent them many e mails with all documents that my name is same in sohni dharti app, in alrajhi bank, in Allied bank, in my ID card, passport and iqama. But their answer is same. How I can solve this??
