Sir i have a problem, i have cleared my qualifier exam, i m from obc category and my family income is < 1 lakh. Since i have to submit my family income certificate i gave it to the Tahsildar office for the signature and they said I'll receive the certificate after 25th of this month, but iitm had notified that the course registration will be from 20th to 21st....
