If your employer give 7 days salary, then he will exit your name in PF roll on Jan 7th with 7 days PF contribution or he will not give 7 days salary, then he will exit your name in PF roll on Dec 31st. This is procedure

Hi Sir, Is it possible for a employer create UAN even if I have UAN with the previous employer.The problem is I have recently made name change in Aadhar and so they are not able to create UAN because of name mismatch. The joining date in my new organisation is 19th of April. So I need to get UAN validated before that. So is it possible for them to create a new UAN or UAN portal will not allow to do so ? Can you please help me with this query sir as it would be helpful for me

If your previous UAN is linked with aadhar you are not creating a new UAN, otherwise it's possible to create a new UAN. Better way 1st you make change your EPF details same as aadhar using member portal and joint declaration form .

If you are a employee, Your employer will give the UAN ID and you will be use activation, then your mobile will receive the password.
