Hello! Who decides the percentage of revenue a composer or a lyricist of a song? And, if a song is released before registration, will the composer get the revenue after becoming a member of IPRS?

Percentages are by default decided as per the govt guidelines, you'll get a clearer picture when the video of song registration will be live, hopefully coming week. And yes the composers and lyricists will only be able to get royalties when they register themselves as a member in IPRS
