These instruction bear little resemblance to the printed instructions provided with the base. These instructions work, so thank you; however you make no mention of the impact on security of switching off encryption, nor whether you can switch it back on again once the extender has been paired to the base. I am left wondering whether this is really a sensible way of extending my phone network?
