2n6292 transistor ki jagah koi mosfet use kar sakte hai like z44, 540 etc. Iski ampere rating badhne k liye kya karna hoga.

i think there is something wrong in the circuit diagram ... the only way in which the input reaches the output is thru the 470ohm resistor did you mistakenly swap input and output in the circuit diagram ? also 4141 is a diode
