Thank you for your 3 bow rehairing videos. They are the best I ever seen As you share a lot of details that most People leave out. It makes a lot of sense in how you start at the frog end first.

I very much enjoyed watching your 3 Part Videos, especially the details for fashioning the wedge for the frog. Use of a needle-nose vise grip to maintain the evenness of the hair without having to "pinch" it was interesting. I also liked that you did not put the wedge into the frog until you did the head - that takes that guesswork out of the evenness of the hair. Just Bravo! and thank you!

Am I understand you correctly - Are you saying you use metal cleaner on the wood?

Yes, sounds odd I know but it works. Though you must rub it off before the cleaner goes dry or it leaves a residue
