How to Rehydrate Freeze Dried Chilli

Wow? I'm the first poster, 😁 Only watched one other video on how to make chili that I intend to freeze dry. So far I learned you need 98% ground beef to start with, And red kidney beans look powdery but taste ok. alright got to go and finish watching the video, exciting isn't it :-)

On to mashed potatoes and gravy video, I'm curious on how you do the rehydrating of the gravy.
