Dude, these videos were a life saver. I have a vintage A2403 catchers mitt that needed a relace. While not the same model, the guidance was valuable and got me through it. Saved a glove that my son loves and saved me from needing to buy another glove. Thanks!

How thick is the lace you're using here?

I re-lace a lot of gloves in southwest Ohio. I haven't had much luck with screw-on type needles like you use and tend to use wire needles (punch a hole in the lace). Your lacing technique is almost identical to mine. What I want to know is where you bought the gold laces?

Need to know where you got the laces from!

With first part i like to go backside through a hole and not the binding! Go through and loop back from the inside!

You’d have to show me that one time!

Like Rawlings...it loopes through to the inside of mitt instead of just catching previous laces "inside" the binding! Back year later cause jt redone sons HOH "bars" with pink and he wants more "color" to show! Its the color sync 2.0 that black and chrome but chrome "shinny" is gone...lol. They lace i git pose be 3/16 but its on small side to that width but does seem thicker and great for the webb bars! Was gone do the "first step" on this vid but now debating on doing the "criss cross" very top kf the web with the pink lace! The first step lace on what he has in 1/4 and want to keep it that way till see how this thinner 3/16 does...other words do t want to create or move the "weak" spot!

@emersonturner12206 жыл бұрын
+Lums Lacing My brother and mom were watching this and commented with my account, but they wanted the glove to stay in the cameras view while you did each step instead if turning it towards yourself so they could see exactly what you were doing.

I appreciate your effort but the camera angle is on the poor side. A large portion of your work isn’t on the screen. I’m sure you’re proficient at stringing but I didn’t find this very helpful.

very poor video. half the time the part you were working on wasn’t even in the shot. please reconsider your channel.

Haha thanks Sam! Appreciate the feedback! Haven’t done a relace video in a while and have been focusing more on reviews, adventures, and stories. So I did actually reconsider after making those videos!
