Geography helps to identify a particular hospital when a person is been posted since geography deals with map reading. Economics helps to unilized the hospital equipment especially when drugs are not enough.

My good understanding of my native language, Yoruba (in Nigeria)came handy sometime in a health facility where I had my practicals as a caregiver. An Igbo doctor had to explain the expected diet to an elderly Yoruba woman who was diabetic . The woman did not understand English, so I was called upon to translate what the doctor said to her.
