How to release a NuGet package locally?

I did everything in the video but I don't see the package locally in VS2022 under the NuGet Package Manager under Microsoft Visual Studio Offline Packages.

hi. go to your C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft SDKs\\NuGetPackages\\ folder and check if your package folder is there. if not, it means you didn't install it properly. try again, and see what output you're getting from the nuget add package command! I'd also double-check what directory is your Microsoft Visual Studio Offline Packages looking at - is it the same folder?

This is very informative. Hey, do you happen to have a tutorial on what happens if you are building multiple solutions with multiple projects each, and they're using nuget to reference the code instead of DLL? Or maybe point me to a link if you don't have one? Thanks
