After hiking for 3 weeks i had this issue with my right foot. so I went to the doctor and he said to wait for the pain to go it has been several months now and it’s always painful sometimes when I am just standing up. Use Castor Oil twice a day. Coat your arch, heel, and the back of your calf. My symptoms went away in two weeks....and I'm pain free. Now I use the Castor Oil for my tennis elbow issues and shoulder pain....this stuff has crazy healing properties.

I had been doing various exercises and stretches I had seen for about a month, and it was getting somewhat better, but still lingering on. The muscle scraping with a spoon made a huge difference basically overnight! I still experience some slight soreness after some short runs, but I feel like now I almost have it under control. I went to a podiatrist, watched multiple other videos on PF and feel this video was what was most CRUCIAL in my recovery, resetting the big toe and 1st metatarsal! This information was not given to me anywhere else. Infact, there is such contradictory info regarding stretches and nobody speaks about resetting your metatarsal which is a huge cause of my PF. My big toe is hugging the smaller toes inward. Im using toe spacers but these exercises and massage are essential. I cant thank you enough for your thoroughness.

The tennis ball strength exercise hit the spot. My foot was extremely tender and in pain in that area. It bought INSTANT relief for me. Thank you for being so generous with your knowledge. Also, for delivering it in easy digestible pieces. I've found many of these videos to be helpful. I plan to share them with my swim team too (especially shoulder recovery videos. This particular video I tried and thought what do I have to lose? I've had pain in a toe joint for years and mentioned it to many doctors. Everyone chalked it up to arthritis. These exercises were painful so I moved through them slowly and then started to feel relief. What?! I'm going to implement this and many others as part of a routine. Thank you!

I've had terrible PF on and off for years where I couldn't bear to walk first thing in the morning. Even podiatrists don't tell people about these techniques. I was always told to do calf stretches, which was good for my calves but did nothing for the PF. Thanks for the info!

Omgosh! This is such a life saver! A few months ago I went to New York and I walked A LOT. Most times in not the best shoes. Strengthening the foot muscles is key. After lapiplasty surgery and healing I find that standing 1-leg yoga poses & massages/stretches really help! This is a great video!

I had it so bad 😩 I cut out sugar to eliminate inflammation. I used the tennis ball first thing in the morning before getting out of bed. That began to releave pain, but what actually reversed the pain was doing calve raises on a step. I did 3 sets of 15 5 days for two weeks, pain gone! I also made sure I wore big box toe shoes.

Its so simple! It eases up the pain and burning sensations from the heels and joints. Should you do upper or mid back stretches for tightness just under the shoulder blade? It affects my abs muscles, creates discomfort

I have had issues with plantar fasciitis for quite long time, in fact I had heel bone spur surgery 3 years ago. I didn't know that could happen as a consequence. I'm a tennis player so I kept playing a bit less and use special stuff to support my foot. I started having pain again about 2 weeks ago and even though it wasn't that bad I was feeling a pulsing pain in my heel. I did the massage with a Gua Sha. I already had a jade one for my face. OMG I followed the video and did everything, the pulsing pain stopped completely. I'll play today and see how this continues. Thank you

I have PF really BAD. The sharp pain is isolated in my arch and heel. Feels like I'm stepping on a nail. About 2 months ago, I purchased a deep tissue massage gun for my neck and lower back. Decided to try it on my PF and it feels absolutely amazing. I still do heel stretches, and I purchased custom insoles, but I can't seem to get rid of the PF. I'm going to incorporate your techniques into my therapy, hope it works. Wish me luck! Thanks for the advice.

These techniques have reduced my discomfort significantly. I'm having a little trouble "reaching" spots with my heal, so I'll keep work through these processes. You told us to expect some kind of reaction to realigning the long bones in the foot, and it still caught me by surprise when it popped back into place.😂

Hello- great video. Could you let me know when to do the suggested movements. What would you suggest doing first thing in the morning when getting out of bed and when to do exercises and Gua sha procedure. Could you also show how to do the other parts of the foot?
