It's a Law of ComKarl Physics dat for every shot fired into a mag, while no mag is readied in the weapon firing, one usable bullet must appear in the mag. However, only the most recently used magazine will permit this. Or a magazine purchased from the ComKarl Firing Utility Company (ComFUC).
