Where can you buy the replacement parts? And can you get the pcr and cleaning roller? The drum I have keeps getting dirty again as soon as I clean it

You can find the spare parts at the local IT market or buy them on internet - ebay, amazon... About the dirty drum after cleaning - you have to replace the wiper blade in order to clean better the surface of the drum.
