When I moved to Sacramento in 1999, I had just heard of EFT. Phillip and Jane Mountrose.graciously taught it to me, right in their living room! It was such a profound experience, and I have been eternally grateful to these brilliant souls! Thanks for bringing their work to a greater audience!

Definitely , when you asked the question about artists creating from their souls. I am definitely an instrument when creating art and it is a very spiritual event.

I was introduced to EFT back in 1998 and attended a symposium in Flagstaff, AZ in 2000 (I think?) where Gary Craig assembled about a dozen EFT practitioners who each specialized in issues around Trauma, Learning Disabilities, Relationships, etc. It was life changing! I attribute my own healing and growth to the practice. I am very interested in learning more about Phillip and his wife's work. Thanks, Alex for putting this video out!

What a beautiful pod cast. I have been on a spiritual path for some time now and am grateful for you and what your doing for this beautiful universe we are all a part of. You have become one of my many spiritual teachers. Im learning so much about myself and what it means to have a spiritual awakening. Thank you!

Thank you, Alex and Phillip, this hour was a life changer. Helped me finally understand where different facets of my life experience fit together and complement each other. Helped me organize the hard-earned wisdom I've gained so far, in this earthly journey. Blessings to you both. Alex, I'm 74 and I can't help myself from saying I luv your eyebrows. They look a bit like very cute catapillers, subtly moving around. I'm a 74 year old Gemini, I swear to God I'm not a perve. 😂☺💙 LOL!
I bet, He’s got those hairy under the eyebrows look 👀, my husband looks like he’s sleeping but he’s watching the bottom, lol

29:00 Thank you Alex, I always enjoy the podcast. Sadly this time Phillip made sure to stay at a superficial level on the topic. This time were your comments what gave me the best points, so thank you very much to make sure we, as an audience get something valuable and not only basics and advertisement. (I'm a pretty tired about advertisement in every talk I get to watch about porpuse, as if the porpuse in life was to make money at the cost of people like me who are searching for some meaning in their life.)

Great interview! Long time fan and lurker. 07:50 Twice in my life can I recall that I was directly connecting to source when creating an illustration that became a series and a funky off the wall handbag with a mythological backstory. Enjoying the flow is definitely a divine way to spend my time.

❤thanks Alex for this interview with Phillip. I totally understand about that tapping on the forehead. Every time Rafiki tells me to look beyond what I see. I say I don’t see anything but a banana. Rafiki taps/smacks me on the head on that very spot that Phillip speaks off. All of the sudden… I clearly see a coconut. Yep. Works every time.

The best interview after soo many… so very simple, analogies making sense … two down to earth ppl … no airy fairy butterflies 🦋 in the room nor the consciousness debate with no meaning heard soo many times… from what I’m hearing is this correct, a conduit of oneness / awareness connecting light body & dense flesh idk tho, who does…. The irritations yeh… can be rotten distraction or great tool to take our thoughts away from truely serious life events so a blessing or a minor curse… I’m very curious tho, all talk of higher self, am wondering is there truely a higher self or simply a “ self “ not higher, not lower… a fair enough question as the words said “ have to dig down deep into oneself “ sounds like going lower to go higher… maybe means older self, so how bout balanced somewhere in the middle atm, feels we macro & micro all in one… thing is we truely need these analogies not hitting us over the head with “ you should “ thx great podcast 🤙

What Alex did with the sugar and the sweetener someone did to my friend and many others with an apple and a lime/lemon showing that the lemon was not good. I was surprised 😮 and researched and couldn’t find anything. The guy said that lemons 🍋 are not for humans to consume. Does anyone know about it? I can’t find anything

Hey Alex, just a suggestion… when you have a guest and ask them to demonstrate a technique or skill related to their purpose of being interviewed, slow down and allow Them to walk you through it so that WE can get an understanding of whether it’s beneficial for US to dig further into what THEY offer! We already know how proficient You are at meditation because you tell everyone that you are.
