Hi! I do the design myself. That’s my favorite part so I don’t hire out. The software helps you figure out the layout as you can get a 3D rendering to see how things look

Looks great but It’s a shame you didn’t take the cabinets all the way to the ceiling for a custom look.

I am deeply confused by the gap between cabinets and ceiling. When one carries the cabinets to the ceiling, the whole room appears taller, and therefore larger. The gap is merely a difficult-to-maintain dust-catcher. Since you had custom shelves made, why didn't you carry them to the ceiling? It would only have been another 6" and achieved a much better result. I am a beginning house flipper but a very experienced designer. Love your channel and have learned a lot from you - please keep up the good work! But, in future, carry the cabinets to the ceiling.

I left a gap there intentionally actually. The ceilings are high and if the cabinets go all the way to the top, the space can feel cramped. It’s kind of subjective. As long as my buyers like it, I call it a win ☺️
