Procreate doesn't support SVGs, but it's possible to do this with some apps on the iPad. I haven't researched this in any detail, but if you find a way, I'd love to hear it!

The only thing I can’t figure out about this is that this method merely “hides” the background. Meaning if I want to adjust the inserted image in the hue, color, brightness tools, it won’t only adjust the person cutout, it’ll adjust the entire inserted image, including the hidden background, often making the background visible again. I want to completely delete the background from the inserted I,age so it no longer exists, so when I adjust the brightness of the inserted cutout, it ONLY effects that cutout, not the background along with it.
