How to remove a seized swingarm pivot bolt

Great job as usual Clayton. This is a daily occurrence for me lately. Just took in a TC 125 for restoration, engine is stuck hard. Got it soaking now with marvel. Enjoy watching how you getter done.

Thank you Dale! It’s amazing some of the things we gotta do to get things free’d up so they’re back in action for use again. But this bike wasn’t event a year old! Just rode hard and not serviced.

@@trickengg that is amazing, how does one do that much damage to one in less than a year. They took it to the right guy. Mr. Fix it.

A lot of modern bikes have no facility of lubing these parts.They need taking apart often to clean and lube them.It is up to the factories.

There's that, and also people love to use pressure washers on these things. Bad idea around these critical pivots.

Oh that’s all you have to do? Just grab the prototrak and 5/8 endmill and let her rip?

Having the same problem but I don’t have a machine drill I’ll try the hammer drill

I got mine out this video is the only way once you have it mushroomed on the other end thank you again for this video it took me alot longer but this video saved me some money if you are will to put the time in

So much easier to take the pivot bolt out, clean n grease it every now and again🤷🏻‍♂️😂
