I have a 2008 Acura TL typeS and my xm satellite radio only display the channels but, there is no music. The satellite tech said that it could be the satellite control module. Have you ever had a problem like this? I could use same help if if you can. Thank you

Another thanks and good video. I just bought a TSX. The previous owner put a chrome fin in place of the factory antenna. Now I can change it. How do you like the LED dome lights? Worth the extra money?

+fabolousg4ever Thanks. I paid $1200 for it. all 3 engine mounts are toast and the transmission mount had no rubber left. All four struts were dead and control arm bushings were toast. Wheels painted black now look awful. May buy some used ones off of craigslist. Radio is dead too. I will definitely hit you up if I need help.

Nice video. Can’t seem to fine the connector that the antenna wire plugs into: when I took the light out the antenna wire wasn’t connected to anything. I know you didn’t mention it in video, but figured it wouldn’t be hard to figure out? Just plug back into where I unplugged it? But wasn’t plugged into anything connector so I don’t know where the connector is. Any help would be grateful. Bought my antenna because dealer wanted $450 for labor and I saw your video and it doesn’t look like $450 worth of work.

dave c i have no idea xm antenna cuts in and out the service isnt perfect i know thst there was nothing wrong with mine and it still went in and out in certain areas it just sucks only works great on newer cars but not perfect ever.

I lost the Sirius XM signal on my 2011 Prius. Sirius sent me a refresher signal that didn't work. The next step was the dealer. They said it was an "Internal breakdown inside the antenna assy." which means, "We gotcha" A replacement antenna goes for $412.18 + $115 diag. + tax. That said, I'm going to cancel my XM service temporarily.Now, your vid is very informative, but here's what I would do differently. When you take the light covers off, use a second pair of hands to operate a flashlight and the camera. Yo may have to shoot parts more than once until you get the camera in focus. When you try to describe the location of the 17mm nut, put some light on it to show where it is, then remove it. I hope this gives you some ideas. I would do this myself only I can't put any weight on my right knee. Thanks again.
