How many turns should the mixture screw be adjusted?

If it’s the same one in the video copy that there’s usually answers on Google but I’d go all the way down and back off a couple screws run it and see

I’ve tried putting the choke back on but it’s doing nothing and just lose

The knob that twists in and out right? I don’t notice anything when I use it either not sure why. Everything runs as it should the past half dozen trips though. I’ve made a couple videos redfishing since cleaning this
