I changed mine in a 2013 S 550 no problem however now my blind spot assist light comes on could this be due to me changing the grill

I dont think it should be a reason because theres no electrical connections

different reflector on the grille may cause that.

where did you get your grill? What was the part number and replacement called?

I got it off ebay & for that model they only made (2)1 for the amg & 1 for the standard sedan
