How to Remove and Replace Wheel Bearing and Race

Thank you. I haven't had to do this job for a long time. I bought a used car that someone was restoring and found that they only greased the bearings and did not pack the rotor with grease. It scored two lines around the race and started to pit the inside surface.

Another way for installing bearing races is to leave them on a freezer overnight or until you are ready for installation, they'll slip right in without any drivers or special tools

Just a piece of advice..weat rubber gloves so you don't get grease all over you and everything else..lol👊
