This is happening in almost every device. basically if you restart your phone etc. it'll start appearing. actually i guess android 12 updates are still in beta stages for these devices. wait for the stable update. else it's normal. & welcome

Yeh feature sirf notify karta hain ki apki ph ki mic use ho rahi hain by any application. Yeh restrict nahi karta hain koi bhi application ko mic use karne se.. is trick se sirf ap "mic notification icon" ko band kr sakte ho.. Sbhi application settings ko properly check karo & applications update karo.. agar phir bhi problem solve nahi ho raha hain then i guess you've to use a separate mic for the purpose.

there should be separate volume for mic and system (i.e. game) sound. after turning on mic press the volume button and turn all volumes to high. or go to system settings > sound & vibrations > sound assistant > turn on multiple audio sources. (for mi phones) that mic volume slider should be visible.

Check your usb cable. does your mobile show in pc file explorer when you connect your phone via usb cable? - If not there might be driver issue or a bad usb cable.. - if your device shows in the pc file explorer but still saying "device offline" on cmd that means you need to turn on usb debugging option on your phone. That's it. It should work.

I done all these procedure and successfully disable the privacy icon. But a few days later it again show in my phone 😐.why this happend?? Is there any solution for this problem??

Its a limitation of android 12 which is happening in all android 12 phones. Currently there's no way to solve it without root & i don't recommend in rooting. Maybe its a bug.
