Thank you, thank you, thank you Shayne. I recently took a great photo at a local state park at night, but it was only when I printed it at 11x14 did I really notice how much noise was in the photo. On your recommendation a while back I downloaded Snapseed and love it. Now once again you have shown me one more reason why I love this app. Going to have the photo reprinted tomorrow, can’t wait to see the difference between the two. I only do photography with my iPhone 13 Pro Max and your channel has been one of my go to’s for tips. You really are a bloody legend.

I would like Snapseed to have two more sliders at least: one for handling chrominance noise and one for luminance noise. It is ideal to handle them separately

Absolutely love your videos! Have final got out to using the astrophotography mode on my Google Pixel 6 .... I have my photos in both .raw and .JPEG ... which file type am I best using in Snapseed? ... does it matter?

You will always get better editing options with RAW files mate.

HOW DID I NOT KNOW THAT? I've used structure before, but just because it gave the photo a little more pop. And, it was right there with sharpen, but I had no clue. It would be great if Snapseed had a way to cover an area for enhancement with a horizontal or vertical line that could be dragged. The entire bottom of my photo could use the noise enhancement, but I have to do it in multiple circles vs. all at once. Thanks.

This is the first time I've watched one of your video's and it was a very well thought out and informative video and quite helpful!, I use Snapseed and my Pixel 3A (going to get a 4A5G or a Pixel 5 soon) phone a lot. Thanks for taking the time to find all these neat tips for us! Do you think it's possible to use Snapseed's 'Double Exposure' tool to stack images taken with a mobile phone? I'm thinking that perhaps the combination of the upcoming ProRaw mode on the iPhone 12 Pro's and the Double Exposure Tool might work well together. I wish I could test this out, but I don't have enough images of stars to try it out, and the ProRaw mode isn't available for me yet. Just a thought...

Yes, absolutely. I have done it a couple of times but its not the best result. There is better software to do that. It would be much easier to do on a desktop as well with the larger screen.

Do a lot of night photography, and Lightroom mobile is the absolut best app to remove noise from the picture on night photos. And its in the free version of lightroom. Thanks for your videos.
