If you are planning to buy that bike then i would say Do Not Buy. The bike is good looking no doubt on that, but frame and suspension is not very good.

Bro Kolkata bikes are little expensive, but see if you can get a Raleigh Terrain 10 under this budget its a decent bike with most upgraded components. Else I would suggest you to go for Btwin Rockrider 340 ( but it does not have disc brake however the v brake is very powerfull) Suncross Surge, Montra Madrock is also good option.
