Error you provided means there is something wrong with the toner. Have you replaced the toners? You may try this torubleshooting. Depress the Additional Function key, then the 2 & 8 keys at the same time, and the additional function key again. This will display the service mode menu. Touch the Copier key. Across the top of the screen you should see " Function ". Touch it, look for CLEAR in the middle column. Touch it, then ERR, then OK. Turn off the copier and wait a few seconds then turn it back on.

this error is due to power supply either power supply failure or the printer not receiving enough power to heat the fusilier to print.
