It will remove press on nails, I wouldn’t recommend using this on your press on nails if you want to save them.

I use the cotton balls to ensure the nail is saturated because the foil doesn’t come with enough cotton attached for false nails. You can also use a manicure bowl 🤍

A peel off base coat should allow you to safely remove the nails entirely but this vary with what brand you use and the instructions. 🤍
