It says error code 1755 which means no ink I only replaced my black one how do I bypass

The tab in the cartridge/printhead carrier, right above each of the cartridges, may need to be pulled down gently until you hear a click.

What if I turn it on but my doesn’t move and it just turns on

I think your printer is broken then, or something may not be pushed in all the way. I'd call support.
