I can't get the phone recognised on the computer when I plug the usb cable into it. I am using Windows 11 pro as a virtual machine on a Mac using Parallels. Anyone have ideas on how to get the computer to recognise the phone when it is plugged in to the USB port? I get the nokia logo (but not the hands or intro chime) when I switch it on, but it goes straight to the 'Lock code' screen after that. Any help.or advice appreciated.

I cant use in Windows 10. When i press FLASH and then i connect the phone, the Windows will crash (BSOD).
