How to Remove ManyChat From Facebook

I removed manychat from my page and disable on manychat as well. But manychat Menu is remain unchanged. How can I remove it? Thank you!

Hi. I accidentally configure my APP settings. And now my inquiries are not showing in my FB page inbox.. How can i go back to the default settings wherein i received messages in my inbox of FB page?

i am unable to find dashboard of manychat. rather whenever I log there , it automatically brings to flow builder onboarding. how to get rid of it.

FYI, just did the "disable" from inside Manychat and it both deleted the page from in Manychat and removed Manychat from the FB page connected apps... not the result I was expecting. I just wanted to remove the "get started" when someone clicks the "send message" button and more or less archive the bot on this page temporarily. Now it is ALL gone. So even though this video is recent you may want to re-record it.

Hey Steve, your data is still there. You just have to reinstall ManyChat on your page. No harm done :) Also the "get started" is a Facebook requirement. If you have a bot installed via ManyChat or another Bot platform, your subscribers will see a "get started" prompt for specific entry points.

@@nickajulia how can I get rid of that button, I decided not to use a bot anymore and removed many hay form the site and did what was said in the video but it still apears

FYI- From facebook settings go directly to business Integrations. This is a new button added by facebook in the current update.. There is no messenger platform anymore from the selection.

But the problem is that my page kept saying it's not connected to any App. Even though when I open manychat it says it's connected !!! The user does not receive the welcome message.. The bot is not working What should I do, how can I fix this catastrophe

go to many chat settings. look for refresh facebook permissions then click refresh permission. I hope that helps.

If you disconnect from FB then it should no longer show on your page.
