Not allowed for Americans because Zuckerberg is a fkn hack and the USA gov. doesn't give a flying fk about your privacy rights. You would have to figure out how to convince fb you live in a dif. country that respects privacy rights and then it would allow you to turn it off. Just like locking down your profile entirely. But moving back here, I'm 99% certain the options would undo themselves permanently and you'd be screwed again. Only option is maybe, MAYBE, a VPN.
