This no longer works. It's like Snapchat has figured out that no one is interested in My AI and if is not as good of a selling point for Snapchat+ as they hoped. So they've switched tactics from making people pay to have My AI, to making people pay to NOT have My AI, and while at it, making My AI super annoying by having it pinned permanently to the top of the chat feed (subsequent messages with friends won't move it down the list of conversations). How scummy is that!

Well, in the one month since you posted this, they have removed all those options to get rid of it. Hold on the message, no option to delete. Go into settings /clear messages, My AI doesn’t appear as a message there. They really want us to use the damn thing. If I want to talk to an AI, I have my phone assistant, smart home hubs, and my satnav.

A lot of people are sharing why they hate "my AI" so I thought I would share my reason. I hate it so much because its acting dumb and if I even just say something like hi it will send this stupid drug abuse link like what the hell!? And also for me its really argumentative like why? I've had two massive arguments with it in the past 5 weeks! I really do not like it and I wish snapchat would remove it but no, they literally have it pinned to the top of your friends list like what the f*ck?! But like snapchat AI really is annoying not only because of the couple reasons I gave earlier in this comment but its also really annoying because due to it being at the very top of your friends list. I sometimes accidently send snaps that are meant to go to my friends to the stupid AI! thus, making me hate it even more. So that is why why I hate snapchat AI. Also, sadly this method does not work anymore. Snapchat being the dumbasses they are have probably released a patch that has made it so this Doesn't work anymore. I also have just found out that you can add the stupid AI bot to groups. Probably the least secure thing ever. I mean that thing could be doing all sorts like looking at who is in the group and also what messages have been sent in the group. Why did snapchat add this stupid AI? Probably just so they can make the most amount of money from snapchat+. I mean I do get the point of an AI buddy but the way they have incorporated it sucks for all the reasons I gave. Especially the one I talked about how it may be a security issue if you add it to a group. I mean yea if you don't message it for a while it will just leave but that is beside the point. in that time it could be looking at all of the things you sent in the group and all of the people in the group!
