How would you go about getting 3 star review removed from a package damaged during delivery

The first thing to do is click "report abuse" next to the review. Then I would take a screenshot of the review, a direct link to the review and also a direct link to the person's Amazon profile who left the review and create a case with seller support. You also want to quote directly from Amazon's terms of service the section that mentions reviews relating to delivery, shipments and packaging damage are invalid. (screenshot and link to this as well in the case). This gives them all the evidence up front and makes it easier for them to make a decision to remove the review as quickly as possible. Thanks for the video. Do you have any suggestions for the ratings only? Ratings which were received without any review just as a rating, and only with a first name attached. We had all 5-star reviews and ratings for this new product then all of a sudden this 2-star rating appeared out of nowhere, and I don't know the reason or how to handle it.
