First thing you need to do is take the tires off ( better access ). Took me about 3 to 4 hours to remove and replace. It was fun watching you do this.

Nice video. But why didn’t you put the front end on jack stands and take the tires off? Would have made it way easier to get some of those bolts off.

What did you end up doing with the broken bottom bolt? I broke the same one on both sides

Since we did the full armor we just left that one as is because the rock rails tie into the fenders and have plenty of support. We will fix it later if it doesn't hold up. We have put it to the test and it has held up just fine so far!

@@tippintjs Sounds good i think i will do the same. I has rockers from another manufacturer but had to trim them to fit and the front bolt hole is now gone. I think I will drill and bolt this to my rocker and gain some stability in both. Thanks for the video, is was very helpful for my install.

Too long. Taking the fenders off is the long part pending how much rust. Use lots of PB Blaster for a week strait. The second one came off way easier when I did that. Once fenders are off maybe 2 hours to install the new ones.
