my monitor is saying no signal but my computer knows that its connected. any ideas? and i cant open the menu settings on my monitor.

Sorry to hear about your complication while you have signal issue try to use different video cable or use right port from the pc or select right source from monitor or try to watch my video last part may help you

Somehow, my monitor wont lock the OSD menu with those inputs, it shows a color palet instead

Sorry to hear about your problem it's may be disconnected from inside of the monitor it's bit hard to open the bazel and look into it if you are not very sure I would recommend not to try which may b harmful
