It would be a hell of a lot more informative and put it all into context if you had some captions to tell us what's happening.

Your suggestion is excellent, sir. In the future, we will provide a detailed explanation of how to recycle UBC (Used Beverage Can) aluminum.

Thanks for the video. I know that recycling aluminium is much more effective than recycling plastics of any sort. It seems that we should be shifting a lot of our plastics consumption to aluminium, since aluminum has proven to have a much higher reusability rate than plastic.

Yes, sir, and the applicability of aluminum is also more extensive. If you happen to have a large amount of aluminum and are unsure how to recycle it, you can message us privately to learn more about aluminum recycling knowledge and detailed information.

Interesting but I had no idea of what was actually happening. I've seen other clips where the paint on the can simply vaporizes when the aluminum is melted.
@foxsoul789910 ай бұрын
It is the same here too ... the rolling thing at the end is probably a gas burner which vaporizes the plastic and/or paint.

Why go through this process? Wouldn't the paint and plastic get burned away when the cans are re-melted?
@solidwasteshredder45729 ай бұрын
Carbonization and paint removal of beverage cans removes the layers and prints on the surface of the cans, improves the recycling purity of aluminum, and is beneficial to environmental protection.

Why are you so suspicious? Sir, the surface of the cans is definitely covered with paint.
@moondog431310 ай бұрын
I don't understand why they pay more for aluminum cans then regular scrap aluminum when its so much more in recycling them due to the paint and inner liner of cans
@solidwasteshredder45729 ай бұрын
Thanks for your comment. The aluminum purity of scrap aluminum cans is usually higher than that of general scrap aluminum because aluminum cans are mainly made of pure aluminum, while other forms of scrap aluminum may contain other metals or impurities. Therefore, from a recycling perspective, scrap aluminum cans may be more valuable in processing and recycling because of their higher purity, making them easier to recycle and reuse in the production of new aluminum products.

That appears to be a very long, unneeded process and a lot of the product is on the floor. Not very efficient in my humble opinion. And the paint is still on the chopped up cans🤔

Paint would burn when it is melted
@solidwasteshredder457210 ай бұрын
If the temperature is too high, it will be directly carbonized instead of burned.
