Your title is misleading. People come here to see how to actually remove the password or bypass it if they have forgotten it. What your video does is show how to RESET/RELOAD the operating system. Though technically it does remove the password, it also removes everything else, including files that a user may not want to get rid of or simply forgets their password and cannot get into the computer to actually backup the files, but if they could do that, they would not need to reset their system now would they? Like I said, misleading.

+YourPCMD He does warn u in the video that the downfall is it will erase all your personal files on your computer.Depending on the state of your computer,if u cannot get to your personal files,u have a choice to either not be able to use your computer at all,or to reset it like he just showed u and still be able to at least use your computer again even though u lost your personal files.The title isnt misleading if u watched the video when he even says it will erase all your personal files as well.Also if u went through this process,it even tells u to click "reset" which means it resets the computer and u will lose all your files.

+YourPCMD When u watch the video he does tell you that all your personal files will be lost its misleading if u didnt watch the entire video but im not going to sit and debate about it if u say its misleading then think its misleading.If u watch the video he tells u that it will delete all your personal files as well.At least it was some kind of help instead of your computer sitting there useless in which case u cant access your personal files anyway.I was at least happy to be able to use my computer again.

Thanks dude! I found a laptop in the trash, bought the charger for it only to find that the battery is toast and some of they keys on the keyboard don't work. It was password locked, too. Reset it using this method, hooked up a usb keyboard and now I'm good to go! I don't plan on using it portably, anyway, so no big deal there. Just happy to have something to stream my games, music, and movies to my TV without spending more than $10 lol

You know that bar thing that allows you to put in your password to open your computer? That bar wasn't on my screen- no matter what I do. I have a Windows 10, so I just hold down my 'power off/on' button and 'ctrl' button and it worked!!

I m not able to recover my laptop pswrd..... when i click on reset your pc.... then it shows .... Insert your windows installation or recovery media to continue .... ?????????? Pls tell what can i do?

Mine keeps requiring a Win8 rebootable usb, I follow these steps and nothing is different, it doesn't go into that rescue mode but does give option for reset password, but the requests USB, blanks USB doesn't work, but need some sort of one with os...
