The one that comes with the cylinder is good but it make it difficult when refilling. So the other one which is used for replacement is much better because you don't find any issues when refilling and it's okay.

Good day sir, I have been having alots of shortage in my gas for the past weeks now if I fill 50kg I will see 37kg I want to asks if is from the station or from me

I will not say much. But I advised you to buy gas for a different/another gas station. I see if there is difference.

If you’re using 100kg scale then the mistake is probably from you not the station. I guess you didn’t place the scale cover properly.. TEST:- on your scale then scale yourself “jot your weight” then remove & turn the scale cover, this time if you scale yourself the result will either be higher or lower; solution:- set the cover in the direction that gives you higher result

Please I have issues filling gas for a particular customer, the gas was going into the cylinder and it stopped suddenly I tried this method by releasing pressure from the cylinder but I notice it was my products that I have filled inside that’s coming out. Please what can I do?

Air is deferent from gas. when are is coming out, you know. If gas is coming out, you will know as it comes very cool. If it is gas coming out, i means the cylinder is full. It is important to know the weight of the cylinder when it comes in, and rescale when you finish fill and add it up to see if it is completely.

Try and remove her from the cylinder, just like it is shown in the video. before you start filling for the customer

My customers keep complaining that our gas doesn't last. What could be the cause? When Customer comes, i first of all, fix the nozzle, then the hose, put on the scale, place the cylinder on the scale, it will start from zero to read till for instance 1kg. But after removing the host and nozzle. The it wont be upto 1kg. Y?

For the last, try and buy from a different gas plant. Try to see if your scale is working properly
