How to remove radio from mini cooper 2010

Incomplete method. If anyone is having trouble taking the cowl off from round the speedometer remember about the 2 screws down the top air vent. They are under 2 little covers in the vent.

there are about 8 screws he doesnt show being taken off nor does it go into how to get the radio out... whats the point!?
