@@1AAuto Yeah... Bought a 2011 white Traverse LTZ with rear liftgate body damage... Found a perfect 2009 white LTZ liftgate at a salvage yard 150 miles away & picked it up this morning. Just wonder what I'm in for regarding the overhead hinges and overhead electrical harness connection.

Don't just pull on the trim, tabs have to slide off, so push forward to slide the low side off. Then pull and the top will come off. I just broke my panel because I pulled like the video said too.
