How To Remove Rusted Anchor Nuts

Is heating a anchor bolt,nut advisable... Does it not alter the mechanical properties of the bolt???

Good question. we are focusing on the nuts, that are trash anyway. The bolts, It can, but on parking lot sized hardware, the temper is not enough to make be affected by this heat. Larger structures with higher grade bolts, that my apply but structures that large are generally not replaced like parking lot poles.
