If you're on a PC, RYS Remove KZbin Suggestions extension does this also. Good for removing other annoying suggestions too.

We want this info for KZbin on PC. Only children watch KZbin on their smartphone.

You can pretty much do the same thing for your PC, but it's not quite as easy to find as it shows in this video.

Same navigation steps you need to click on manage all history, then you need to enable it back on.
