barely getting started on doing mine and i was wondering, do you guys remove the battery considering how close to airbags the pillars are?

it's best practice to always disconnect the battery if you're going to be unhooking wiring harnesses. Remove both cables from the battery then touch them together to drain any capacitors that might be holding a charge.

I’m about to do this Friday. I don’t wanna tap into this fuses and all of that stuff. Just not something I feel comfortable doing. Do you recommend anything else ? Where to hide the box and plug it into the cigarette port

Are you asking how many fibers? For chargers the minimum we recommend to put is 450 fibers, but we have put 1,000 fibers in a charger and it looks great. The number of fibers to install just depends on your budget and how flooded with lights you want the headliner to be.
